WorkflowGen Mobile

WorkflowGen Mobile enables the users who have already implemented the WorkflowGen workflow / BPM software on their corporate web servers to access the WorkflowGen portal and perform their workflow actions remotely via their Android devices.

WorkflowGen Mobile allows the users to stay in touch with their enterprise processes wherever they are by using the following features:

-display the list of processes

-launch a new process

-display the actions to do

-assign an action to another person

-perform searches

-complete web forms

-track the processes

-display the audit trail of the processes

-view processes attachments

Important notes :

In order to use this application, WorkflowGen must be installed on a web server that can be accessed via a VPN or Extranet and the Web Service's API must be set to Basic authentification mode.

This application is currently not compatible with a WorkflowGen set up with form and Windows Integrated authentication modes.

Wichtige Hinweise:

Um diese Anwendung zu verwenden, müssen WorkflowGen auf einem Web-Server, der über ein VPN oder Extranet zugegriffen werden kann und die Web-Service-API-Authentifizierung müssen Basic-Modus installiert werden.

Diese Anwendung ist derzeit nicht kompatibel mit einem WorkflowGen mit Form und integrierte Windows-Authentifizierung Modi eingestellt.
